We attended our third Science Alive! satellite event for 2018 on the 1st of July. Like the events before it, it was a huge success and  kids flocked to see what was going on at the exhibit. The kids were excited to find out that they were allowed to use the machine, and bombarded me with questions while confidently navigating around the computer interface and the manual stage controls. At least 100 kids had a hands-on experience with our microscope, looking at different parts of an ant.

The next satellite event will be in Mt. Gambier on the 23rd September 2018, and the main event at the Adelaide Showgrounds will be held on the 4th and 5th of August 2018.
